Overview
We have a three-day exchange policy, meaning that items must be brought back within three days of purchase to be eligible for exchange. We do not offer cash-back unless under a special circumstance. Exchanges can be officiated in the form of store credit or exchange for an in-store item of even value.
Certain items are not eligible for return. This includes items such as already worn apparel, figurines, statues, plushies, vinyl, and product that was purchased as sealed/new and has had the seal since removed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
